Dennis L. Via

General Dennis L. Via is a fourstar general in the United States Army. He assumed responsibilities as the 18th Commander of the United States Army Materiel Command August 7, 2012, headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, AL. He is the first Signal Corps Officer since General Henry H. Arnold to achieve fourstar rank.
